ABout me
Lawrence Morello
I have been alive for 48 years and I've been battling MS for 32 of them. At the present moment, I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. Going about my days trying to do too much without doing too much. I do walk on my own still, for which I am thankful. However, I do use my walker on a daily basis and a wheelchair when need be. That’s what I have to work with and so I’m working with it.Â
I have always had a passion for health, fitness, and motivation. Even before MS became a part of the equation, I was into exercise, diet, and personal development. And once MS did enter the picture it became mandatory. I realized real quick that even if there was nothing I could do about MS I could at least decide how I wanted to feel about it.Â

The MS Groups
I am involved in two MS groups and I run one of them. I work out three times a week live and direct for free. (Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3:30 PM Central Time.)Â
Again, nothing to do with exercise and everything to do with showing up and being steadfast and determined. The MS Reset came about because I was having success with it myself. I adopted a system where I paid attention to my diet, exercise and mindset and was seeing results. I was getting stronger. I was getting more mobile. I was getting more positive. MS didn’t stop progressing but I was making gains on all fronts. And that’s what this is. No one is claiming to stop MS. No one claiming that it won’t progress. But if you’re willing to show up and give it your all, there’s a chance that you can live a little better with it.
